The color is garnet and the nose initially is closed like a clam, conceding
only alcohol. After a few hours starts to show aromas of dried leaves and
undergrowth, with so much red fruit, cherry and plum, black cherry and
blackberry.
This aromatic range is confirmed precisely by the taste. A proper acid-tannic balance, with a nice mineral profile while the sip is complex and dynamic.
It ends long
enough with notes of tobacco and black cherry.
