Pure Montepulciano
grape, two days of maceration, only steel, for a brilliant rosé, more reddish
than rosy.
It has a delicate and
beautiful nose, smelling rose and geranium, cherry and pomegranate, small red
fruits, with fresh minerality that, with each passing minute, it takes a
substantial slice of the olfactory range.
In the mouth, it stands
for freshness and it shows consistently aligned with the olfactory
evolution. Vinous, but very agile, the sip confirms generosity and clean
aromas, the fruity ones, as those floral, while a timely acidity gives balance
to the entire plant, with lively tannic texture.
References of spices,
with strong savory-mineral gusts, hatching a closed, medium-length and
persistence, pleasantly bitter. Having "dried" the bowl in half an hour, is
explaining you “the very high danger” drink.
Really enjoyed.
