In the village of
Correns, in the heart of Provence (France), Jean-Pierre et Bruno Guibergia,
lead this domaine, organic since 1998.
This is an assemblage of 50
Grenache, 35 Cinsault and 15 Syrah, of pink salmon color.
The nose does not exceed
what a profusion of aromas, playing rather remittance, with slight touches of rose, raspberry, currant and spicy.
On the mouth, it changes
gait, taking greater harmony and breadth, with a more accurate fruit, a more convinced
floral aspects and subtle herbaceous signs, standing out for its flavor and a
touch of ginger.
