A sicilian company, whose wines I drink regularly, from a lot of time and whose quality is constant and positively awesome, along the entire product range.

Very fruity nose about orange and pink grapefruit, cherry and pomegranate, supported by a sharp and pleasantly spicy profile, completed by petal shades of rose and a strong imprint of marine minerality.

The olfactory cutting, is widely seconded to the palate, whose acidity, releases a deadly drink, spurred by agile 12.5° alcohol. Always red fruit in the foreground, enriched by vibrant strawberry and raspberry inserts, while a stimulating brackish vein growing in intensity, which reverberates mint, rhubarb and mace.

Azienda Agricola La Felce In Origine 400 2014

The entry-level product of this Italian organic wine company, conducted by Andrea Marcesini, Hills of Luni, Liguria, in the North West.

It is a blend of 60% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano Toscano, completed by a non-aromatic grape Malvasia of Candia; average age of the vineyard 60 years, six months aging on the lees, only steel.

So ruled the nose and, harmoniously, confirmed the palate: fine wine, tasty freshness, oozing water, resin and pine nuts, mediterranean herbs, fern and white flowers, with a strong citrusy footprint.

Fairly persistent closure, with sharp balsamic projections and almond touches.

True and genuine.

Clos Des 3 Sources Rosé 2015

One of many, honest, and more than good rosé wine, on sale at the supermarket chains, across the Alps. We are not far from Aix-en-Provence, where this domaine, one of the three Château Gassier properties, cultivates in organic regime since 1994, a clos of 19 hectares.

Cinsault and Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, the grapes determinatig, in not declared percentages, this soft pink, very bright, with great freshness and delicate scents.

A beautiful flower side - rose and violet - is accompanied by precise wild berries aromas - strawberries and raspberries - a citrus touch and a hint of spice.

Fresh and energetic mouth, substantially consistent with the olfactory track. Dry and well balanced, easy to drink, albeit short persistence, with velvety fruity references and a mineral hint.

Far beyond its cost.
