A sicilian company,
whose wines I drink regularly, from a lot of time and whose quality is constant
and positively awesome, along the entire product range.
Very fruity nose about
orange and pink grapefruit, cherry and pomegranate, supported by a sharp and pleasantly
spicy profile, completed by petal shades of rose and a strong imprint of marine
minerality.
The olfactory cutting, is
widely seconded to the palate, whose acidity, releases a deadly drink, spurred
by agile 12.5° alcohol. Always red fruit in the foreground, enriched by vibrant
strawberry and raspberry inserts, while a stimulating brackish vein growing in
intensity, which reverberates mint, rhubarb and mace.
