Domaine Bastide Neuve Rosé D’Oc 2015

An inviting and compelling enoic combination between Grenache Noir and Cinsault.

On the nose, fresh aromas of red berries - currants, raspberry and strawberry - with a cherry reminder, a floral idea and sweet touches of bonbons.

The palate expresses freshness and keeps an honest balance between acidity and sweetness. There is similarity with olfactory moods, which are added by herbaceous traces, as well as a good savory-mineral variant. A low alcohol (12.5°) gives impetus to drink, already decidedly flowing.

Long live the rosé wine, even in November.
