Jacquesson Champagne Cuvée n° 730 Brut n.v.

48 Chardonnay, 20 Pinot Meunier and 32 Pinot Noir, 60% base harvest 2002, 40% vins de réserve, dosage 3.5 gr./lt and disgorgement in the third quarter of 2006.

It stands for a fine perlage and a lot of freshness, virtually intact, even after all these years. Custard, mixed with citrus notes, even confit, hazelnut and undergrowth, shades of lavender and powder, make up an elegant olfactory texture, enhanced by an accurate and impactful mineral hatch.

Class, even in mouth, thin effervescence, as well as the confirmation of the trend olfactory, with an accurate growth of the mineral impact.

Quality sips, whose taste voltage is in dynamic and continuous development, so, to be savored slowly. Verticality unyielding, significant persistence, with long and ingrained coffee recalls and marine savory.
